A mock funeral for the Liberal Party’s promise of electoral reform was organized by the Edmonton chapter of Fair Vote Canada and held on February 11, which was the National Day of Action on Electoral Reform. The funeral featured a piper, casket, and procession outside of MP Randy Boissonnault’s constituency office. McCauley resident Mike Van Boom delivered the eulogy. Other area residents were in attendance as well.
