 e marked with signage. Elks Football Games are scheduled for
  2 hours. Parking restrictions are lifted 3 hours after the 
 start time of the game to a maximum of 11pm. All other major
  events parking restrictions will be lifted at 11pm. During 
 a major event\, only vehicles displaying a valid permit in th
 e front windshield may park in the restricted residential pa
 rking area. **Vehicles in violation may be fined $100.00 and
  towed from site. It is an offence under the Traffic Bylaw\, 
 Bylaw 5590\, section 74 ($250.00 fine) to drive across a side
 walk or boulevard where there is no curb crossing in order t
 o park vehicles.**
