  are marked with signage. Elks Football Games are scheduled 
 for 2 hours. Parking restrictions are lifted 3 hours after t
 he start time of the game to a maximum of 11pm. All other ma
 jor events parking restrictions will be lifted at 11pm. Duri
 ng a major event\, only vehicles displaying a valid permit in
  the front windshield may park in the restricted residential
  parking area. **Vehicles in violation may be fined $100.00 
 and towed from site. It is an offence under the Traffic Byla
 w\, Bylaw 5590\, section 74 ($250.00 fine) to drive across a s
 idewalk or boulevard where there is no curb crossing in orde
 r to park vehicles.**
