Dirt City/Dream City was an exhibit of transitory artwork throughout the Boyle Street area. The original artwork by 14 local artists paid tribute to the contradictions and experiences found within the Quarters. The project launched at a block party on July 20, featuring many of the artists in attendance as well as live music and performances. Dirt City/Dream City was scheduled to run until July 30, but was extended to the end of August.
