East meets West happened on August 25 (Chinatown Festival) and 26 (Vive Italia Vive Edmonton). Chinatown and Little Italy were filled with hundreds of festival-goers, enjoying entertainment and food – many of whom were guests in the neighbourhood. While chilly, wet weather hindered things a bit at the Chinatown Festival, 95 Street and Caboto Park were absolutely packed the next day during VIVE. Here is a look at just some of the weekend.
