Drop in sports:
$5 membership for a year
Monday – Friday
3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Available equipment: hockey sticks, basketball, volleyball, and badminton.

Basic Computer classes:
Free for low income individuals
Starting June 1: 12-1 p.m.
$40 fee for 4 classes
Teaches basic use of a computer, typing skills and use of Microsoft office. Two computers were donated by Thim Choy.

Fit to live (Ages 12 – 17):
June 1: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
June 8: 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
June 15: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Week 1: Teaches how to make simple breakfast
Week 2: Pick your Pace and play dodge ball
Week 3: Choose Your Own Adventure and make a salad including all food groups
Week 4: YO-Yoga; create new shapes with your body while building strength and stretches
Flea Market/Garage Sale:
May 25 – from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Buy a table for only $10 and sell anything you would like. Come and drop by and support your very own neighbourhood!

Fitness class:
June 22: 1 p.m.
$5 membership/year
Introduction to fitness. Dynamic warm-up. Fitness principles. Modified for different levels. Teaches a better way of living. Routine workout. Water and healthy snacks provided.

Speeches & workshops:
July 6: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Issues to be discussed: homelessness, drug abuse, violence, senior abuse.
