Welcome back to another year of Boyle McCauley News! 2014 marks our 35th year in print, and we are excited and looking forward to what the year will bring.

A lot has changed here at the paper since I became Editor almost eight years ago. The paper was completely black and white, with the exception of some spot colour. Since then, we now have eight pages of full colour, have done several redesigns, have consistently published at 16 pages, and expanded our circulation to 6000 issues (the first major increase in years).

We have more contributors than ever, a full Board of Directors, and our delivery routes are almost completely covered. Even still, we are always looking for people to get involved with the paper.

In particular, we need photographers to cover local events. It seems like there are more and more things happening in the area, and we try to be everywhere. If you are handy with a camera and available to take assignments, please contact me at editor@bmcnews.org.
