Letter to the Editor: Another Source for Tax Help
I was interested to read Ian Young’s column “It’s Tax Time Again” in the April-May 2026 issue of Boyle McCauley News. I have another place to add to Ian’s excellent list of tax help resources for low-income people.
The Seniors Association of Greater Edmonton (SAGE) does simple tax returns free of charge for seniors (55+) who have an annual income of no more than $35,000 for a single person and no more than $45,000 for a couple. The service is available by appointment, on the phone or in person.
