If you recall, last issue we explained that the Annual McCauley Neighborhood Clean Up event is Saturday, June 10 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Of course, this includes the entire community coming together to help pick up trash and dispose of it efficiently and in solidarity, and has a long history of great community folks coming together and building new relationships and nurturing old ones. There is a free lunch provided to volunteers from the Host Lion’s Club, and everybody is welcome. We are all encouraged to help one another, and do even a small clean up activity this day. Thank you to all those who have already contributed, and to those who are coming for the first time!
