The McCauley Community Guitar Club is a weekly get-together of guitarists at all ages and levels of skill in the McCauley Boys and Girls Club foyer (9425 109A Ave) organized by E4C and the McCauley Community League. Local musician Steven Johnson leads a casual group lesson and the occasional jam. Participants are encouraged to work on material that interests them, to join others in learning songs or techniques or to share what they already know by teaching someone. The club has access to some spare guitars, which regular participants may borrow, and we are also on hand to answer basic questions relating to guitar maintenance.

As things warm up outside, lessons may be held outside from time to time as well, including in Giovanni Caboto Park on the South side of the BGC building. Gatherings are on a drop-in basis but you can call ahead with questions to David or Patrick at (780) 424-2870.
