It’s September and we’re back! I hope you had a wonderful summer. There were certainly a lot of things going on in the area, and we have tried to cover as many of these events as possible within our pages. Some of the major events in the neighbourhood fall out between our deadlines, like East meets West, so we will have full coverage in our next issue.

Balance is our theme this month, and we take a look at ways of finding balance in our lives such as through natural health or something as simple as picking berries in the back yard.
