As our summer opening draws ever nearer, we can now offer our new community centre for rent. It’s a beautiful facility – fresh and bright with tons of natural light, flexible spaces, and a bright welcoming environment. It’s YOUR space and available for rent!

As you walk through the doors you’ll enter a fabulous circular lobby, shared with our partners the YMCA. Here you will find all the information you need about events, where things are located, upcoming programs and celebrations, fees, and more. Located to the right is our sundrenched gallery.With floor to ceiling windows, it overlooks what will become our open-air amphitheatre/snowbank skating rink and greenspace.

The interior wall opens to reveal our huge gymnasium/flex space. Capable of hosting up to 1,000 people, this space is equipped for pickup games of basketball, volleyball, and badminton as well as tai chi and fitness classes. It will also accommodate fabulous wedding receptions and gatherings of all kinds. The addition of a rentable caterer’s staging kitchen and bar space will help to make your event even more memorable – or you can rent it for a cooking demonstration or community kitchen project.

Adjoining the gym is a multipurpose room/theatre. This area can be divided into two rooms for small gatherings and classes or left as one larger space ideal for readings, theatre and dance productions, cabarets, and more. Its possibilities are limitless! An “accordion wall” connects the room with the gym. It can be folded back to accommodate concerts and events for larger audiences.

Meetings and workshops are a breeze in the smaller conference rooms. Each can hold up to 30 people or can be consolidated into one space that will host up to 60. We’ll welcome any gathering – public lectures, condo board meetings, conferences, focus groups, and more.
