Ways to Help Yourself Be Healthy
Have a positive attitude and strive for inner peace. This is a process requiring a conscious attitude and behaviour change, both internally and externally.
Meditate, even five minutes a day – it’s good for heart, mind, body, and soul. This simple technique allows you to tap into energy and harness power to become more balanced and connected with yourself, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It’s free and available to anyone.
Make sure you get enough sleep. Adequate rest, especially REM sleep, allows for healing and rejuvenating the body. Taking short naps or resting is also beneficial.
Stay focused in the present moment. This helps transform your history into your Higher Story. Give yourself the Gift of the Present.
Get out of your own way – release self-imposed limitations. Having self confidence and creativity creates miracles and unlimited opportunities. The good news is that we can change our beliefs at any moment.
Open your heart and breathe. Laugh often. Smiling is as important as fresh air. Be compassionate.
Be sure you eat healthy.
Intention is everything. Focus on what you want – don’t give energy to what you don’t want.
Hold a higher vision for humanity and sustainability.
Remember that all things are connected. The number one principle of naturopathy is “everything is connected to everything.” If there is stress or imbalance in any area of your life, it affects your whole being.
