Word On the Street Hits the Streets!

Seventy poems were sandblasted during May into the sidewalks along 107a Avenue near 95 Street behind the Intercultural Centre, on 96 Street near 105 Avenue by the Canada Post depot, and by the Garden of Truth on 108 Avenue and 97 Street. The poems were the final selections for the Word On the Street project, which was supported by e4c, the McCauley Community League, McCauley Revitalization/City of Edmonton, and other organizations.
