Parking restrictions during major COMMONWEALTH STADIUM events will be in effect from one hour before and during the times indicated on the Elks schedule (www.goelks.com/gamedayguide). During a major event, only vehicles displaying a valid permit may park in the restricted residential parking area.
•Parking in restricted areas is a violation if a valid permit is not displayed on the front windshield of the vehicle.
•Vehicles in violation may be fined $100.00 and towed from site.
