Winter Advice

I sometimes get depressed when it gets dark outside – and it is only 5 p.m. Going days without seeing the sun also sometimes gets me feeling down.

So, I go to places where it is bright like the West Edmonton waterpark or Muttart Conservatory. These places are also indoors, so it is warmer than being outside when it is cold out.

However, I also really love going outside for long walks when the sun is out and there is no wind. The sun really warms things up and can make everything look beautiful. I’ll sometimes go for a walk in the river valley. The river valley is a great place to walk, no matter what season it is.
